Privacy Policy
Flick transfers files between devices and provides optional account-linked subscriptions. We collect only the information needed to provide these services.
Information we process
- Account: email address and authentication records when you choose to sign in.
- Subscription: product, transaction identifier, status, and expiration information supplied by Apple. Flick does not receive your payment-card details.
- Trial and service: a random device identifier, transfer metadata such as file name and size, and limited operational logs needed for reliability and abuse prevention.
- Files: direct P2P transfers are not stored by Flick. When a secure relay is required, encrypted transfer objects are temporary and are deleted after download or automatic expiration, normally within about one hour.
How we use information
We use this information to provide transfers, verify subscription access, restore purchases, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
Sharing and retention
Service providers such as Apple and Cloudflare process limited data on our behalf. Account and subscription records are retained while needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Temporary relay files expire automatically.
Your choices
You can manage or cancel your subscription through Apple. To request access, correction, or deletion of your Flick account data, contact us at the address below. Deleting a Flick account does not itself cancel an Apple subscription.
Children and changes
Flick is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy and will publish the revised date on this page.
