Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Flick. By using the app, you agree to these terms and Apple’s Standard EULA.

The service

Flick provides device-to-device and temporary relayed file transfer. You are responsible for the files you send and must have the right to share them. Do not use Flick for unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive content.

Subscriptions

Flick Pro is offered as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription. The App Store shows the price in your local currency before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account, and the subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings. Access continues through the paid period unless Apple issues an immediate refund or revocation.

Trials and availability

An app-provided trial may be available to eligible devices. Features, limits, and availability may change as the service evolves. We work to keep Flick reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Privacy and termination

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is processed. We may restrict access for abuse or violation of these terms. You may stop using Flick at any time; deleting the app does not cancel an active Apple subscription.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Flick is provided “as is.” GD Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of files, profits, or data. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
